Summer Programs
Sessions are 6 one-hour classes designed to introduce students to fundamental skills for reading music and playing their instrument. At the end of class, students will have a solo piece that they have learned and a completed music notebook of concepts they know.
Classes are a maximum of 4 students, and will consist of a combination of group and individual activities, including solo playing for their instructor each week. Tuition for each session is $119 or $219 for siblings in the same program. Pre-register students by May 31st for only $99 per session!
At the completion of their summer session, students interested in continuing the study are eligible to move with their instructor into one of NewSongs year round lesson programs to help their reach their goals and achieve their best. Six week sessions begin the week of June 15th and finish July 31st, with no class the week of July 20th

Introduction to drum playing (ages 8 and up)

Girls Rock (ages 7 to 11): learn to play like Hannah Montana and Taylor Swift
Monday 5:30 to 6:30
Summer Style: learn to play like Jack Johnson
Monday 4:30 to 5:30
Creative guitar (age 10 and up): learn how melodies and songs are “built” and then let loose to make your own
Tuesday 6 to 7
Princess Piano Party(girls-only introduction to playing like royalty)
Wednesday 3:30 to 4:30
